Kangaroo spotted back at running events!

The GE 30km run started off my running calendar for 2008.. and I made it into a total disastrous comeback. Big, BIG mistake to begin the year with such a big bang overdistance event. I've since decided to stick to under distance events (read below 21km) for the time being... at least until the form is back!

30th March 2008 - KL International Marathon, 10km
27th April 2008 - New Balance Klang Pacers Half Marathon, 10km
25th May 2008 - RMAF Half Marathon, 10km
31st May - 1st June 2008 - Relay For Life KL - 16 hour relay
And the medal tally....
KLIM - 1, NBKPHM - 1, RMAF - nil (took part in Men's category), RFLKL - 1 from 4x100m relay with Team OX.
